1.Mathematics and Communications: Statistics (MATH208); and either a Business Communication course (BUS300) or a Professional Development course (BUS398);
2.IT and Computer Fundamentals: Fundamentals of Computers and Information Technology (CS150 and IT310)) and Database Design and Development for Business (IT370);
3.Business Fundamentals: Principles of Accounting (ACC201 and ACC202), Macro- and Microeconomics (ECON201 and ECON202), Fundamentals of Finance (FIN310), Principles of Management (MGT201), Introduction to Business Law (LAW310), and Principles of Marketing (MKT310).
非相關科系申請電腦工程博士班者須補修學分:
1.Mathematics and Communications: Calculus (MATH201 and MATH202), Differential Equations and Linear Algebra (MATH203), Statistics (MATH208); and either a professional development course (CE398) or a Business Communication course (BUS300);
2.Sciences: Engineering Physics (PHYS201 and PHYS202); Device Physics (PHYS301) preferred;
3.Electrical Engineering: Digital Circuits (EE205), Circuit Theory – I (EE210), Logic Design (EE323);
4.Computer Science: Computer Fundamentals (CS150), C Programming Language (CS203 and CS300), Introduction to Unix/Linux (CS230), Data Structures (CS350), Object-oriented Programming in C++ (CS360), and Operating Systems (CS380).
